Our First Wedding Video

It's almost one year since our wedding and I just received a video from our dear friend Fred Kim. He did an amazing job at capturing the love, feelings and emotions of that evening and I wanted to share this video with you. It tells a story and takes you on a journey through our special night.
As the video ends, I wipe my tears and look at my husband and suddenly feel all of the amazing feelings I felt that night; the jitters, the nerves, the butterflies, the excitement, the love.... Im reminded how fast time flies when your having fun with the person you love...
It feels like just yesterday....

  3. Thanks for sharing that with us! Such a beautiful video...I especially loved the part where it zoomed in on your husband when he first saw you walking down the aisle. He was shaking his head like.. oh my god, she is so beautiful - I can't believe we're getting married. Or something like that..haha. Congrats! I hope you have a great one year anniversary!

  21. Jen, this is absolutely beautiful.

    I have been following you for a year and a half now, and I feel like an old friend just from watching your fairytale story unfold.

    The waterworks started when you were walking down the aisle... you can feel how much you and Alki truly love each other. Your eyes sparkle when you look at him.

    I am so fortunate to have an amazing husband as well. It really makes life worth living, and I am so blessed to be able to grow old with him. He made me realize what TRUE love is, and just how 'right' things can be. I dated a lot of *boys* before I met my husband, and he showed me what a true man is. Very few people find genuine happiness in this world, and you and I are both so very lucky!

    Thank you for opening up your life to us ladies. I have a 1 and a half year old son, and every night when he finally goes to sleep, I get to relax and one of the things I do is read your blog or check out what you were up to during the day on twitter. I love to see your outfits and hairdo's. Sometimes when I feel like I have "lost" myself to mommyhood, reading your blog is a real pick-me-up. You always have great new clothes and make-up, and it inspires me to go out and buy myself something new and get back to the "old" me! It feels really good.

    Even though we will never meet, I wish you and Alki all the love and happiness in the world. Just wait till you have children; you will feel such a profound love you didn't even know was possible. It will be such a joy to watch your husband with your children.

    I am so happy you found your prince charming :)

I'm glad you got to see some candid moments between my husband and I. Our wedding day was one of the most amazing and special days of my life and I am so happy to not only share it with you but that you were all happy to watch it.   53. It's been a while since this was originally posted, but it sure is still beautiful. I hope to find that someday. Also I was wondering, I was watching 'Say Yes To the Dress' and I think this dress was featured recently on a soon-to-be Yankee wife. I forget the name of her or the ball player and do not know if this is even the same dress. But what I DO KNOW is it's friggin fabulous... <3
