New Workout Video- #4 of 10

Hey guys and gals
I have an up to date Baby post coming soon but I thought I would share our 4th workout video of 10 to start preparing for summer. Like I said, you can do these exercises anytime, anywhere! I hope you find them easy and enjoyable yet effective.

** I happened to have filmed this at my house when I was 1 month pregnant but had no idea, I literally found out the next day that I was expecting :)

Check back soon for Workout video #5 of 10 for more easy exercises that can be done at home , on vacation OR in a gym.

xoxo
Jennifer

  2. I was laughing so hard at the dogs in the video! Mine do the same exact thing anytime I am trying to workout around them, they decide to get as close as they can. Thank you for always posting videos about all different aspects of your life. I love that you are so real and don't care what people might say negatively back to some of your posts. You are a great role model between being an independent business woman, living a healthy lifestyle and a soon to be mom. Thank you again for sharing little pieces of your life with us. Xo

  3. Hi Jen, I love your blog..and love that you post your work out videos! I just read through your whole blog and I came across a post that bothered me a bit. I was reading your post you did on how you and Alki met, and your story is so BEAUTIFUL (made me tear up a bit). You two look to be so genuinely in love, and it's so rare to see these days. The part that bothered me was that you seem to rely so much on a psychic and you give her credit for meeting your husband. Don't you ever think that maybe you guys were truly ment to be, regardless of what that psychic said? I honestly believe that your love is real, and you shouldn't put all your faith into a woman who you pay to take guesses about your life. I'm posting something I think you should read, please be open minded about it.

I'm not here to insult you, I'm just giving you something to think about. Anyways, congrats on your growing family!! xoxo

  14. Hi! This is a bit late, but I enjoyed watching examples that I can give a try. Can you find out for me what you suggest for good pair of running shoes? I have major issues with my heels and one knee injury. I need something with a lot of support and a lot of bounce so that my heels don't hurt so much. I believe if I am more active, it will help strengthen my muscle so my weight does not go into my heels.

    Thank you!
